All orders will be acknowledged by e-mail. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you receive, or they have been damaged in transit, you may return them within 14 days for a replacement or a full refund. When the goods arrive with us we will issue a refund or replacement, whichever is requested. We will only refund the postage paid when the item is found to be defective or incorrectly supplied from the original order.
Every effort is made to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions, specifications, colours and prices. However these may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Sizes are given as a guide only. Please be aware that handmade items are subject to variation in size, colour and shape owing to the unique nature of the product.
All prices include VAT.
On no account will your personal information be passed onto a third party. After processing your payment by credit card, we do not retain your details, which means you will need to resubmit this information when you place a further order on the website.
14- Day Returns Policy
Our 14 day returns policy means that if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the item – unopened and with any wrapping or packaging intact and we will issue you with a full refund for the price that you paid for the item.
If you return an item under the 14 days returns policy because you have changed your mind we will only refund the cost of the item. We will not refund any postage costs incurred in retuning the item to us.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged or Defective Items
We will only accept opened items if they are faulty or damaged. If the contents of your parcel have been damaged in transit you can return the item to us within 14 days of receipt of the package for a replacement.
If we send you the wrong item in error please notify us by telephone or e-mail (see details under “contact us” tab on the web site) We will either send the correct item or refund you the full cost of the item including the cost of any postage incurred by you in retuning the item.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective or we have sent the wrong item in error we will refund any postage costs incurred in sending the item to you and reimburse the costs of retuning the item to us. Once we have received the item we will issue a replacement (subject to availability) or refund the cost of the item within 28 days of receipt of the retuned goods.
However if we find no fault with the item we reserve the right to return the item to you without reimbursing any postage costs incurred by yourself.
· Please make sure that any items sent back to us are securely packaged. Kelmscott Manor cannot be held responsible for items and the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 European Union customers have the right to cancel their order and receive a full refund. If any item has already been dispatched we ask you to return the item to us before any refund is initiated.
